Nabadwip, a small town on the western bank of the Ganga. It is the birth place of The Lord Gouranga Mahaprabhu. It is a religious town of both the Baishnab and the Sakto. Ma Kali has been worshiped since 12th century. Mother Chondi,s temple is more than 250 years old and has been worshiped by the Bagchis, a famous family of Nabadwip. This temple needs to be repaired / rebuilt.
